Australian Grand Prix Corporation

The team at designIT have worked on the Grand Prix sites (Grand Prix Cars and Grand Prix Bikes) since 2002.  Every year has brought exciting new challenges that designIT have embraced to consistently produce quality, up-to-the-minute websites that Grand Prix fans around the world have come to know and expect.

Each year designIT endeavor to provide an innovative user experience that reflects the ever-evolving Grand Prix brand, and related advertising and marketing strategies.

The Grand Prix websites serve as an ongoing source of information including contacts, venue directions, tourist information, media, event details and most importantly, results.   While the event is on, designIT are guaranteed to be down at trackside to capture results and images to post online within minutes.

In 2004, designIT implemented eZ publish Content Management System for the Corporation's event websites. Bikes 2004 was the first to use the new system.   This implementation has not only allowed for clearer architectures and faster downloading sites, but most importantly, the ability for AGPC staff to upload instantly when news is to hand.
