Next Digital has successfully launched the site Tal Como Es, which in Spanish means “Like It Is” aims to bring about a greater awareness of sexuality, sexually transmitted diseases, contraception, pregnancy and peer pressure through an inviting, colourful and easy to use website. Tal Como Es is the Spanish version of the English website”Like It Is”.

Brief

The brief was to create a Spanish “Likeitis” website, using the same model as the current English version Next Digital was tasked with making a Spanish equivalent to bring about awareness (with absolutely no holds barred) of Sexuality, Sexually Transmissible diseases, Contraception, Pregnancy and Peer pressures that our young generation face.

• eZ Publish content management system that will enable Talcomoes to continue editing their own website.

• Function allowing users to email the page to a friend

• Safe and Anonymous viewing of Sex Education Material

• Search function allowing for users to search for a certain or general item of interest

• An information centre that lets users anonymously and safely ask for assistance

• A news archive section allowing users to keep up-to-date with all of the Likeitis news and events

• A “Hide Page” button to save embarrassment for young people
