Leader Award 2006/2007

eZ is proud to announce that eZ publish has won the Leader Award 2006/2007 in the category of Customization from the BNP CMS and Portal Benchmark Analysis competition.

The Danish company BNP, an independent advisor on portal, intranet and Content Management Systems (CMS), and Computerworld, the IT information publisher and portal, announced the award at a ceremony on November 21 in Copenhagen. Søren Blands, country manager for eZ systems in Denmark, accepted the award.

eZ is proud to announce that eZ publish has won the Leader Award 2006/2007 in the category of Customization from the BNP CMS and Portal Benchmark Analysis competition.

The Customization award recognizes the power of eZ publish's template mechanism. The same code can be reused to expose functionality through various interfaces to the website. For example, a subset of the functionality available through the eZ publish Administration Interface is also available through the Website Interface, and could also be exposed via a custom interface. This contributes to efficiency, code quality and consistent user experience
