It was recognised that there was a need for Arnott’s Campbell’s to start directing sales and marketing efforts to their key non-consumer market segments - distributors, and the customers they service (i.e. end users).
The objectives for the new Food Service site were to:
keep the site constantly updated with relevant distributor and end user news and information.
engage the online audience with a design that appropriately encapsulates the client’sbrand attitude.
offer a rewarding user experience through an intuitive and logical navigation system.
encourage online visitors to supply their details for direct e-marketing and market research initiatives.
As a result, designIT has successfully produced a visually engaging and extremely functional website which enables efficient two-way communication channels with Arnott’s Campbells customer groups, as well as reducing the National accounts team administrative functions, allowing efforts to be focused on business development opportunities.
